Dear ninjas,

There are a few bugs appeared these two days:

1.  80 gold Top-up package

Some players exchanged 80 gold, but did not get the exchange package they chose. This bug is fixed.

2. Top-up package for merged server 3-8 players

Players who exchanged any amount of gold can not get the exchange package they chose and the 25% gold bonus after the merge. This is fixed.

About the above two bugs, our tech have recorded the date of all players who have this problem. And the compensation package will be sent within 5 working days because of the weekend. Sorry for the trouble caused, and thank u for your support and understanding.

3.  Lost gold in the merges server

Some players' gold in the merged server disappeared after the merge. If you have such problem, please follow this thread, and tell us your information, we will check it, anf restore your golds in 5-7 work days.

Note:

Players who have this problem, should report your problem before next scheduled maintenance, or we can not help u any more.


4. The Best friends event bug.

There is a bug in the Best friends event where most players who have insufficient amount of gold can still abuse the bug and buy the gift box. Their balance shows a negative number, but can still get the rewards.

We have closed this event and are fixing the bug. The deadline of the event will be extended after fixing the bugs.

We are investigating players who abused the bug one by one.

As for those who just got the boxes in coupon but did not claim, and those who claimed the box to the backpack but not open, our tech have deleted most of the boxes the players received, and their account balance will be restored to normal later. We suggest these players not to top up before this is done.

For those who have opened the boxes and used the items they received, their accounts will be banned until they pay for the gift box.

So if you still have this gift box in game, just leave it there. Do not use it any more as we will delete it.
