Users of the above account have recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for Pockie Ninja by the In-Game Support staff of NGames Entertainment. This decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole. Though we are unable to discuss the outcomes of our investigations due to privacy concerns, rest assured that this incident has been looked into very thoroughly, and the appropriate actions have been taken on all involved accounts.

Offense: Bug Exploitation and/or using third-party hacks

 

Access to the above account, and any Game321 account associated with the payment information you have provided, has been permanently suspended. 

As a reminder, we reserve the right to close the accounts and ban the in-game character of players who are caught cheating on Game321 Platform. Cheating ruins the game experience for legitimate players, and we will not tolerate it.

We have a top notch Quality Assurance team who tirelessly stamp out bugs and design inconsistencies within Pockie Ninja. However, a handful of trained professionals can never isolate and resolve each and every bug in such a deep and complex game accessed simultaneously by thousands of players. You may come across the occasional bug during your adventures. Some bugs are minor and do not affect gameplay, but sometimes these bugs can be used to provide an unfair advantage to certain players or affect the service itself. Factors included in determining the appropriate penalty:

* Whether or not the exploit is performed intentionally, maliciously, and/or repeatedly

* Whether or not the exploit damages another Ninja, their gameplay, the service itself and/or its economy

* Whether or not an attempt has been made to conceal the exploit's use

This Gam321 account has been closed by our staff based on a review of the account and all related policy violations, in accordance with the Terms of Use and our In-Game Policies [ http://ninja.forum.game321.com/viewthread.php?tid=39380 ] Any payment completed prior to the account’s closure will neither be refunded nor reversed.

Moving forward, this Game321 account and any Ninjas or items associated with the account are no longer accessible. The only way to continue playing Pockie Ninja is to purchase for what you’ve got during the bug exploiting, a new account will contains your old, with prior Ninjas or items from the closed account.
